Maybe you are like me and appreciate Ulta for their high end makeup but only occasionally shop there. I recently found out they accept manufacture coupons at their store and you can combine it with their store coupons. I was intrigued about this new information when I saw that this week they were having a Buy one get one 50% off promotion for any L’Oreal and Maybelline makeup PLUSSS a 20% coupon. Well since I knew that I had two $3 off of any L’Oreal makeup coupons and I prefer to use L’Oreal concealer I knew where I was going to stockup.

Right now there is a coupon by L’Oreal Buy One Get One Free Advance Haircare Shampoos. I had planed to use this coupon and my Target coupon for $1 off a L’Oreal shampoo. Once getting to Target I was excited to find clearance L’Oreal shampoo’s for $3.38 a piece. So I was going to get two shampoos for a total of $2.38 but I got an even bigger surprise when I checked out at the cashier! As I was about to hand over to the cashier my Target coupon the cashier informed me I could not use it because I owed nothing. I looked at her amazed but it was true….I received both the L’Oreal shampoo and conditioner for FREE!!!
